Orlando, Florida:  Former November 8, 2016, general election candidate for Sheriff of the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office, Deputy Marcos Lopez, along with his attorneys, Daniel A. Perez, Esq. and Jeremy Hogan, Esq., will be holding a press conference on Monday, February 27th at 11:00 a.m. at the law firm Hogan & Hogan, P.A. located at 906 East Michigan Street, Orlando, Florida 32806, to discuss the two (2) count Court Complaint filed today, Friday, February 24, 2017, in the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida in downtown Orlando against the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office for violations of the First and Fourteenth Amendments of the U.S. Constitution.  Mr. Lopez’s legal team will discuss the details giving rise to Deputy Lopez’s Court Complaint and the remedies sought.
